Weleda Skincare
I was sent over some lovely products to try from Weleda, this is a brand that I have not tried before and is one that I was eager to give a go.
Below is a description of each of the products and I will go into a bit more detail on what I thought of them:
Pomegranate Creamy Body Wash 200ml
Gentle creamy wash, sensuously fragrant
Your inner beauty made visible with a perfect balance of mild, natural cleansing agents and inspiring scent from essential oils.
The pomegranate is a wise and potent plant, with long- revered qualities which we still find effective. Its skin- loving organic seed oil is a key ingredient of our creamy body wash, enhanced for your pleasure with sesame, sunflower and macadamia – rich oils from every continent to replenish your skin. While warm water sets free fruity-fresh, sweet notes of orange, davana and vanilla, mild sugar-based cleansers gently lift away the day, bringing you a sense of harmony and bright, clean, perfectly soft skin.
Suitable for vegans.
£7.95
First of all let me say that this product smells amazing, and it really lingers to its an almost spicy smell but I really love it. it really creates a great lather, and leaves my skin feeling really soft and moisturised.
Skin Food 30ml
The ultimate natural moisturiser for dry, rough skin everywhere
Our best beauty secret – we’ve shared it with our customers since 1926. Now it’s your turn to discover the essence of soft skin.
If there’s just one thing you need to take with you to a desert island, it’s this little green magic tube. Skin Food is a universal saviour of dry, rough skin on faces, elbows, hands and feet – wherever you take a lot out of your skin, let Skin Food put it back in. With extracts of gentle viola tricolor, calendula and chamomile, in a rich, thick base of oils and beeswax, Skin Food loves your skin back to its best.
Suitable for vegetarians.
£7.50
This is definaly a very rich thick cream, I have been using it on my elbows and knees especailly before applying fake tan, it is brilliant for this. I wouldn't recommend using this on your face as it is such a rich cream.
Aknedoron Cleansing Lotion
Purifying cleanser for problem skin
All-natural, gentle cleanser with essential oils and natural extracts. Tackles bacteria which cause spots, leaves skin balanced and calm.
Problem skin needs balance – not attack by harsh chemical treatments that strip away natural defences. Aknedoron uses organic chamomile and biodynamic calendula to soothe inflammation, while essential oils of orange, grapefruit, lavender and rosemary clean, refresh and fight the bacteria that lead to spots. All the natural ingredients are blended in a soft soap of olive and sunflower oil, leaving calm, clean skin with a natural defensive balance.
Suitable for vegetarians.
£10.50
This lotion acts as an astringent, however you don't really feel the skin being tighter. It hasn't got that harsh touch as the other stuff widely available on the market.
My skin's quite sensitive and it works really well on it, without irritating, yet effective enough to make my forehead looking smooth.

Wild Rose Smoothing Eye Cream 10ml
Gentle, unperfumed treatment for delicate eye skin during your thirties
Smooth away fine lines, calm puffiness and bring the youthful vitality back to the expressive, tender skin around your eyes.
Whether it’s too much emotion or too little sleep, your eyes can show how you feel. Wild Rose Smoothing Eye Cream includes time-honoured eyebright to soothe tired or irritated eyes, while organic musk rose seed oil has the special benefit of containing unsaturated fatty acids, perfectly suited to delicate skin, and helping to build up the hydrolipid mantle. The cream calms puffiness, softens first laugh lines and smoothes away dryness.
Suitable for vegetarians.
£20.95
This gets rid of puffiness and lines a bit but not completely. I have very sensitive skin but it didn't irritate my skin or make my eyes blurry. Leaves a few little white bits which show up when make-up put on top though, but if you rub the eye cream in well when you put it on, they don't show.

Love Me Beauty
I have another review for Love Me Beauty's subscription box. You're given 60 credits every month to spend in the current online edit and products can be from 10-30 credits each, depending on the size and brand . You also get a free makeup bag every month instead of a box, and there's the option to purchase add-on credits if you want more products.
This month's new edit is called #HelloSummer and there are some fantastic goodies up for grabs from high-end brands such as Perricone MD, Caudalie, YuBe, NUXE. The range of products also appears to have almost doubled since last month, giving you more choice than ever before to kit out your summer holiday bag.
Here are just some of the products that you can expect to find in the new Love Me Beauty edit -
Caudalie Divine Oil (15ml travel size - 15 credits)
I have been using more multi-purpose oils lately, I have not yet tried this brand and these travel sized bottles come in so handy. You can use it on the body, face and hair, and I generally like to use a few drops on the ends and lengths of my hair as a leave-in conditioning treatment.
Caudalie Vinoperfect Concentrated Brightening Essence (50ml travel size - 15 credits)
I found this to be a great texture I used it before my usual moisture and it left my skin feeling really smooth and glowing.
Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum (10ml travel size - 15 credits)
This works well with the essence mentioned above for a little more of a boost
Caudalie Nourishing Body Lotion (50ml travel size - 15 credits)
As well as skincare, Caudalie do some amazing body and pampering products, and their Nourishing Body Lotion is a lovely body moisturiser, it is really light and I love the scent, its not to overpowering and is a great light moisturiser for summer
Perricone MD Face Finishing Moisturiser Tint (30ml deluxe travel size - 30 credits)
I was so happy to see this in the edit because I've been wanting to try it for ages! It is similar to a tinted moisturiser which is great for no make up days, I have also tried then underneath my normaly foundation and it provided a great base!
Laura Mercier Pink Pop Lip Glace(2.8g travel size - 20 credits)
I generally love any Laura Mercier products and this was no exception! It is a great long lasting gloss that is not too sticky, and I love the colour, it a perfect summery shade.
There was also some products from YU.BE that looked very interesting, these all seemed to be different moisturisers and samples
There was a moisuturiser that was designed for your heels and elbows. I do get really dry elbows, something that looks even worse when I have done a fake tan! I will definitely be trying these on my elbows. It is a really thick moisturiser then some sleeves is the best way that I can describe them to go over the elbows, I think these would be great to use overnight!
You can get yours HERE, I also have a discount code for 20% off your first order just use the code emmajade20

Pixi Peel and Polish
The Peel & Polish is a resurfacing concentrate mask. It contains 6% lactic acid, witch hazel water, panax ginseng root extract, papaya extra, sugar cane, sugar maple extract, cucumber fruit extract, orange fruit extract, lemon fruit extract, and vaccinium myrtillus fruit extract.
You can use this 2-3 times a week, for 5 minutes each time. It is slightly grainy, which I like but isn't to harsh on my face, so you can use this as an exfoliator by gently massaging this into your skin
Because of the grainy texture, I found this to be hard to spread on the skin as a mask. I was surprised to find that it didn’t tingle too much, I could feel it was there and it made my skin feel very clean and almost tight. As I was rinsing this off. My skin was left feeling smoother, and looking brighter. My skin was so soft!
Again I love the packaging from Pixi, they always have the cutest packaging, it looks so sleek and girly! It also dispenses really well, as this product is quite runny, it did think that it could get quite messy but it is fine in this tube

Redken Hair
I was kindly sent some Hair products from Redken to try out. I have long thick wavy hair that can look a bit frizzy if left to dry naturally
They sent me the shampoo and conditioner from their diamond oil range, the all soft mega mask, the wind blown diamond finishing spray, and finally the one united all in one multi benefit treatment spray.
Firstly the shampoo and conditioner. The packaging is really pretty but nice and simple which I like. The cap is also easy to open. As I have found this this be an issue in the past with some products especially when you have wet hands! The shampoo was a lot thinner than I expected it to be so it ran out the bottle very quickly. Because of this I wasn't expecting it to be lather up very well but I was pleasantly surprised it really did lather well. I always wash my hair twice so I did the same with this if felt very clean and smooth. The conditioner was again a little more runny than I expected it to be be but it left my hair feeling smooth and fairly knot free which for my long hair is a good step!
I think I was most impressed with the mega mask this really left my hair feeling really smooth and more manageable. I'm not sure of the scent it reminds me of coffee creme which I have to say isn't my favourite for my hair. There is a marking on the bottle where to press to dispense the product it seems that there are two separate products in the bottle that combine as they are dispensed. I thought this was a different idea.
I used the all in one treatment on towel dried hair. This smelt a lot better this is a really fresh scent hat did linger on my hair for a while after. I think it did make my hair more manageable and less frizzy. In low dried it as I normally would. My hair did feel really soft and smooth and the leave in product didn't leave my hair feeling weighed down or greasy like some products can do. So this is a positive from me.
The hairspray again is really nice. Depends on the style I am looking for. For general use I think this would bre great. It's not as strong hold as some I have used in the past so I think it would struggle with some up dos but I do have a lot of hair to hold
Overall these are great products I will definitely be looking out for more in their range
Hope you all have a great weekend
